Useful info for cruise ship passengers:

To ensure you have the best time possible with The Dive Bus during your cruise, with no disappointments / unpleasant suprises, please take a minute to read the following before making your reservation:

1. All cruise ship passenger activities take place at The Dive Bus location. Because we choose not to be an official cruise ship operator / supplier for several reasons (including keeping our prices down for you!) this helps ensure that you literally don't miss the boat...
   
   
2. If you want to guarantee your booking, it should be finalised before you leave home. If you'd prefer to just see how you feel once you arrive in sunny Curacao, by all means just swing by and we'll do our very best to accommodate you.
3. Please take a minute to check out the Reservations + Booking Info page for our cancellation policy.
   
   
4. The Dive Bus doesn't provide transportation to or from the cruise ship terminal. Instead, jump in a cab at the cruise ship terminal, and ask for The Dive Bus @ "Maree Pampoon", by Breezes / Sunscape hotel. Check out / click on the googlemaps image to the right for directions / more info.
   
   Why?
   Special licences are allocated to official / licensed taxis and busses from pick up / drop off at the cruise ship terminals and airport. Whilst we could break this rule, we'd be pretty upset if taxi drivers took folks diving. In other words, we stick to our business and livelihood and let others stick to theirs.
   
   It's part of our commitment to being an Eco Operator: "respecting local people, culture and traditions while abiding by local laws and regulations". More info about Eco Operators (that's us) AND Eco Tourists (that's you) here.
   
   The price is around $25 per cab (not per person) and the journey is usually no more than 10 minutes. You'll get a terrific view of your ship and the whole of downtown Willemstad as you pass over the largest bridge in the Caribbean, so have your camera at the ready...     
   
   Keep the cost down by sharing a taxi (up to 4 pax) or a taxi-mini-bus (up to 8 pax) with other passengers headed to The Dive Bus for the day. Check out www.cruisecritic.com to find out who else is headed our way from your ship or give us permission to pass your email address in your booking email and we'll contact the other divers from your ship on your behalf.
